When I saw her at first, I knew right then, she was the one! We only had few sessions but I can already see the progress in my son's speech. I love that she uses her own ways of therapy and treat my son as an individual, not just a number. April, the receptionist, is such a sweetheart. Everyone at Fluens has been fantastic throughout my son's treatment. We wish we came to Fluens sooner. We first sought help with his speech, or lack thereof, with a different provider. The difference was striking. Fluens taught us so much in such short order while quickly and effectively diagnosing the parts of our son's speech that needed help. Each therapist is so warm, welcoming, and professional. They clearly enjoy their work and are unquestionably competent. Our son is very active and they're able to accommodate his digressions while still encouraging practice towards our mutually agreed upon goals. In 2020 when the Covid hit this nation that’s the one I decided to stay home and take care of my kids with online schooling. I was already Know that my son has a problem but I never realized how much he struggle to explain himself at school .So I decided to look around to find the therapist ,thank God I find the Fluens childrens Therapy in university Place .After two years of service They did a great job. Going to fluens is the best decision I’ve made for my son. He has been getting services there since July 2022 at 2 years old. He started with very limited speech (only a few words) that only family understood and had to rely more on sign language for his needs. He now talks in sentences and is actually being understood by other kids and strangers. My son loves all of the people that work there! They accommodated me being in the room for therapy until he was comfortable to be on his own, and now he not only walks in the rooms on his own but is excited when I tell him we have speech that day. Let me start by saying when we started going to therapy Avery was 5 years old and had difficulties speaking clearly. Throughout the 2 year journey Avery has had the opportunity to work with some amazing therapists who took their time helping him enunciate words and improve on sounds twice a week for his sessions. Avery truly enjoyed his therapy sessions and the staff was absolutely amazing throughout the various challenges of the pandemic they were professional and informative throughout our whole experience there. My son has since graduated and speaks clearly and with a new found confidence thanks to the incredible the staff at Fluens. - M.E.
I came across Fluens when I was searching for a place to take my 3 year old daughter for Speech. It is a 30-40 minute drive, but I chose Fluens based on good reviews, ease of making an appointment, and the warmth of the front desk staff (Britain) when calling to schedule her first appointment. My daughter has been making great progress and enjoys coming here. She gets excited on the days she has therapy. The therapists are very good at what they do! We had an issue with our insurance company a few weeks into therapy. I was contacted by the front desk staff and office manager, April. They easily could've told me to call the insurance company to work it out myself, but instead, they walked me through how to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to make sure it got figured out. Their communication and professionalism is excellent. I am very pleased we chose Fluens - thank you to the therapists, front desk staff, and office staff! I highly recommend! - M.B.

April & Jessica are so nice and so very helpful. both my kids seen Jessica and she is great with them. my daughter has since graduated out of speech but my son has been going and is doing so much better. he can now have a full blown conversation and you can understand him and he has gotten to the pint he hears what he is doing wrong in his sounds and will fix it himself.. My at the time 18 month old was struggling to say more than just 'mama' after his doctor kept telling me to wait it out I took it upon myself to find him a speech therapist and he has been thriving. The receptionist, April, is so sweet and ready to help. Jessica and Sadie have been doing an amazing job working with him and improving his development.
