CAREERS
Our Mission
At Fluens Children’s Therapy, we believe that as children are able to communicate and interact with others better, their ideas will flow more easily and enable them to have stronger, more meaningful relationships with their family, friends, and members of the community.
We Care About Our Clients
The children and families we work with are key to our success, and they are the cornerstone of our business. We are passionate about serving them well and meeting them where they are in the process of getting support services.
We Care About Our Work
Our work matters, and we take it seriously. We take pride in our work and are committed to making our team a place people feel excited to come to every day.
We Care About Our Community
Strong families are the cornerstone of strong communities. Partnering with other organizations to better support our families and communities is key to our work.
We Care About Our Personal Lives & Families
In order for us to provide the highest quality of care to our families and clients, we must have a firm foundation ourselves. We value our family and personal lives, so when the business day is over, we leave work at work.
Our Values
We carefully select Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists who eagerly desire to be a part of this higher calling. The beauty of Fluens is that, though we are all unique, each with our own quirks, backgrounds and experiences, because our goal is the same, we have become one family. And as a family, as a team united in one purpose, we also share the same core values. As a member of the Fluens family, we:
Go the extra mile
Lean in and laugh
Aspire to be better
Continue to be enthusiastic in the work we do
Remain flexible and solution focused
